All photographic materials, such as digital images, and written content shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer/Artist. The Photographer/Artist shall own the copyright to all images taken and created for examples, contests, exhibitions, advertising, and self-promotion. The artwork posted on https://edejsartori.com is available for sale at the artist descression.
Reproduction or use without authorization is forbidden under copyright law and may result in legal action.

Art posted by Ede J Sartori is not to use for any matter other than sharing the image, It cannot be copied, reproduced or use any part of the image without Ede J Sartori's written consent. In case the art is sold Ede J Sartori has the right to reproduce ar make any changes without any conequence as the owner and creater of the artwork.
purchase & refund
All artwork is final sale. Artist use the rights to promote artwok for a different price for promotion. There is no refund for art purchased at a different price.
If the art is demaged by deliver or unforseen environmental issues it is possible to replace the art with another (Same artwork) piece. The original art must be returned to the artist and prooven by providing by clear images of the demage before the replacement the art processed.
